The structure of Topaz is controlled by a chain like structure of connected irregular octahedrons. These octahedrons have an aluminum in the middle surrounded by four oxygens. Above and below the aluminum are the hydroxide or fluoride ions. The chains of octahedrons are held together by individual silicate tetrahedrons but it is the octahedron chains that give topaz its crystalline shape.

Topaz is the hardest silicate mineral and one of the hardest minerals in nature. 

Topaz crystals can reach the incredible size of several hundred pounds. Topaz can make very attractive mineral specimens due to their high luster, nice colors and well formed and multifaceted crystals.

12. Non-winning entries for the monthly draw still qualify for the succeeding

13. Winners must present a valid ID, a registered mail, and either the

winning pawn ticket or official receipt at any M. Lhuillier branch to facilitate

processing of cash prize.

14. Prizes not claimed 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in

favor of M. Lhuillier Philippines with prior approval of DTI.

15. All employees of M Lhuillier Philippines and their relatives up to the 2nd

degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

3. Draw dates as follows:

11. A winning KPTN number wins only once during the entire duration of the promo. Non-winning entries of the first draw no longer qualify for the second draw.

12. Promo period is from November 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010.

13. Prizes not claimed sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Philippines with prior DTI approval.
