MECHANICS:

1. Only ML Kwarta Padala send out transactions dated November 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010 qualify for this promo. 

2. For every send out transaction, a participant earns one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

3. Draw dates as follows:

1st draw: December 7, 2010

(for entries dated November 1 – 30, 2010)

2nd draw: January 7, 2011

( for entries dated December 1 – 31, 2010)

The draw will be held at M Lhuillier Cebu main office with a DTI representative.

4. There will be 50 winners per draw.  The winners for the first draw receives 

P5, 000.00 each.  Winners for the 2nd draw receives P10, 000.00 each.

5. Winners are drawn based on KPTN # reflected on the MLKP send-out forms.

6. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. All prizes are tax free.

8. Winners will be notified by registered mail.  Winners must present at any 

M Lhuillier location the registered mail together with the winning MLKP send out form and a valid ID to facilitate the processing of his cash prize.

9. Prizes will be sent to the winner via ML Kwarta Padala after verification of complete documents submitted.

10. List of winners will be posted in all M Lhuillier branches and published in a newspaper of general circulation.

11. A winning KPTN number wins only once during the entire duration of the promo. Non-winning entries of the first draw no longer qualify for the second draw.

12. Promo period is from November 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010.

13. Prizes not claimed sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Philippines with prior DTI approval.

14. All employees of M Lhuillier Philippines and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
