TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.         The promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines over the age of 18 years old, except employees (and their families) of M. Lhuillier and MoneyGram, its affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of M. Lhuillier and MoneyGram including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are disqualified to join this Promotion.

2.         By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by MoneyGram and M. Lhuillier in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by MoneyGram and M. Lhuillier in all matters to do with  the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.

3.         The Promotion is a prize draw whereby any customer who receives funds via MoneyGram from a M. Lhuillier location between 15th October to 31st December 2010 (the “Promotion Period”) shall be eligible to be included in a prize draw. The Promotion is only open to customers conducting a qualifying receive transaction from a M. Lhuillier location. Such customers will earn one (1) electronic raffle coupon.

4.         Winners are drawn based on MoneyGram transaction number with their corresponding names, address and contact number. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received during the Promotion Period.

5.         There will be 2 draws held at the M. Lhuillier office in Cebu City. The first draw is on November 20, 2010 (cut-off date is on November 15, 2010) and the grand draw will be on January 7, 2011 (cut-off date is on December 31,2010).

6.         There will be 20 winners per draw. Winners of the first draw will get P5,000.00 each. Winners of the grand draw will get P20,000.00 each. Prizes are tax free.

7.         A winning transaction number wins only once during the entire duration of the promo. Non-winning entries still qualify for the grand draw.

8.         Results of the draws will be posted in all M. Lhuillier branches, printed in the newspapers and posted in the M. Lhuillier website.

9.         Winners will be notified by registered mail as soon as possible after each draw has been conducted and before the results of the draw are announced publicly. Prizes will be forfeited in favor of M. Lhuillier with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines if prizes are not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification. Winners must present at the M. Lhuillier location, the registered mail, the winning MoneyGram Transfer Receive form and a valid ID to facilitate processing of prizes. Prizes will be awarded in cash with no alternative and will only be issued to the winner as verified by M. Lhuillier. The customer can claim their prize at the M. Lhuillier branch where they made the MoneyGram payout transaction.

10.       Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity and use his/her photographs in all publicity connected with the Promotion without additional charge or permission.
